To get training and information about the campaign, three options are available:

  • live information sessions,
  • training events with Mental Health Ireland’s facilitators,
  • a self-directed eLearning module.

Training for event organizers

The aim of the two-hour training is to enable groups and organisations to roll out the HELLO How Are You? Campaign in workplaces and communities.  

By the end of the training, participants will:

  1. Understand what the HELLO How Are You? Campaign is. 
  2. Have had an opportunity to initiate conversations using the HELLO steps.
  3. Be introduced to the campaign resources. 
  4. Know where to find relevant mental health signposting information.  
  5. Have a greater understanding of how the campaign could be implemented in their area.
