Hello, How Are You? Training
A participative 2-hour workshop that blends knowledge and practical skills to empower participants to engage in confident, effective Hello, How Are You? conversations.
By the end of the training, participants will:
- Describe the Hello, How Are You? campaign
- Explain how to use the H.E.L.L.O. framework
- Initiate and practice Hello, How Are You? conversations
- Identify mental health signposting information
- Locate information on the HELLO Campaign
Hello, How Are You? Information Session
A 45-minute online session designed for those with little or no prior knowledge of the “Hello, How Are You?“ campaign. This session provides an overview of the campaign’s history, website, resources, and online shop.
By the end of the information session, participants will be able to:
- Explain the “Hello, How Are You?” campaign
- Tell about the history of the campaign
- Showcase the H.E.L.L.O. Framework
- Know how to get involved in the HELLO Campaign
